AIC offers Title IV Grants & Loans to eligible students.

Included are: PELL, SEOG, OIG and OCOG State grants - Stafford Subsidized & Unsubsidized Student Loans, Parent Plus Loans, Veteran’s Administration/War Orphans’ Assistance and Bureau of Rehabilitation (BVR).

Third party lending is also available through an outside lending service..

Where do I start?
Schedule an appointment with a Financial Aid Advisor at 513.751.1206 or by email at aic@theartinstituteofcincinnati.com. They can provide assistance with you search for college funding.

How do I apply for financial aid?
Complete the Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application.
You may complete the FASFA form on-line at or find out immediately what you are eligible for in person at AIC. Please contact an AIC Financial Aid Advisor to schedule an appointment.

What forms do I need?
Bring with you a copy of your latest (IRS) 1040 form and your W-2’s from your employers.
You will also need a copy of your parents 1040 and W-2’s.
This information is kept confidential and used to determine need.
Have any financial aid transcripts from previously attended colleges sent to The Art Institute of Cincinnati.
Bring a valid copy of your drivers license, state id card or social security card.
